Using the secure tools on the Secure On-Line Support Center, you will be able to update your technical contact information, view a summary of your account information and the status of your support tickets, as well as build security filters and router configurations. Once you obtain your Security Certificate, you will be able to use these new services.

The FaxBack Server includes most of our documentation converted to faxable format. These documents are just a phone call away by dialing (518) 266-3340, select option 5 and follow the prompts.
