Q&A on error for dll on Chameleon

Can you fill me in on this error? ctl3dll (dynamic link library)

older than 2.01, customer can make the slip connection than

gets this error, and can not procede. it looks like a windows

dll error, but I am wondering if it has anything to do with
the Chameleon software, or windows itself.

A:

Ctl3d.dll is a windows file (in \windows). To get a more 
current copy than you have, expand the one on our NEWT 
diskette using Dos 5 or Dos 6's  "expand" command in the 
following syntax:

expand a:\ctl3d.dll c:\windows\ctl3d.dll

(I know, this does not look like a compressed file, but it is!)
