Routing with Imatek's OnRamp Router for 56K Leased Line Service

Using RIP

We require that your Imatek announce RIP out to us to provide connectivity to your site. To do this, the RIP statement is:

rip add 255.255.255.255 30 1

In addition, your Imatek is capable of announcing RIP on your Ethernet. The most common use of this is to provide the default route to internal hosts capable of listening to RIP. To do this, use:

rip add LAN.LAN.LAN.255 30 1
