Routing with Ascend Pipeline 50 for LAN-ISDN Service

LAN-ISDN Cause Codes

4 The router is either trying to dial long distance and it shouldn't be or it needs to be dialing long distance. If you believe that it shouldn't be dialing long distance, call Telco.
17 The POP is full. Try another number to dial.
18 POP unreachable. Make sure the POP is reachable by pinging to it or telneting to it. If it's not reachable notify our Network Operations Center.
21 Call was rejected by switch. Check the Switch Type and SPIDs with Telco.
42 The call will not get past the switch. You may need to put a 9 or some other number in front of the phone number. Check with Telco.
50 Try changing the speed to 56K. Double check Switch Type and SPIDS with Telco.
63 Try changing the speed to 56K and check the Switch Type and SPIDS with Telco.
65 Try changing the speed to 56K and check the Switch Type and SPIDS with Telco.
88 If you are dialing long distance try putting in 102881 in front of the phone number. This forces it over AT&T's long distance lines. If you are not dialing long distance, double check the phone number you are dialing.
127 Call Telco to verify line provisioning.
