Dial-Up Networking with Windows NT 3.51Remote Access Configuration for Windows NT 3.51 Configure RASFrom the Main window, choose Control Panel then choose the Network option. ![]() If the RAS in not in the Installed Network Software list box, select Add Software and install it. You will also need to add TCP/IP if it is not already installed. Once RAS is installed, click on the Configure button. Windows NT will automatically attempt to locate your modem. If the modem located does not match your existing modem, specify the communications port and type of modem you are using in the following dialog box: ![]() After you add the modem, click Continue and exit the Control Panel. At this point, you may need to shut down and restart Windows NT. |
